Why Samarpan Meditation?

Most of the mediation methods practiced today are one of the following :

  1. Mindful meditation: Focusing on mind or thoughts  or guiding instructions
  2. Pranayam: Focusing on breathing methods
  3. Music: Listening to relaxing or soothing music meditation
  4. Concentration: It comes from the Dharna (Sanskrit: ) which is the sixth stage of Ashtanga Yoga. It is the capacity to have one pointed attention on an object-flame, photo, Objective or goal, subject-theory, idea, person.

Samarpan meditation is a simple method to connect with Parmatma through a Living Guru, as a medium or channel by chanting mantra(s).

We have 2 Mantras –

  1. Positive affirmation to strengthen your soul:

“I am a Holy Soul, I am a Pure Soul”

2. Gurus name to connect with Guru’s Sukshma Sharir (the subtle energy body)

“Om Shree Shivkrupanand Swami Namo Namah”
